You&apos;ve sent a return back to UV Skinz and are wondering when you&apos;ll receive your refund. We completely understand! Refunds are issued when the return is delivered safe and sound back at our warehouse. It super important you use the prepaid return label if one was provided to you as this automates the process. Once the package is scanned by the post office as being delivered, the refund will be issued. You will receive a credit back to your original payment method if that is what you chose, or you will receive an email with your code for store credit.&#xA0;If you have any questions about your refund, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.
