We are so sorry to hear the item did not work out for you. To request a return on an order through Nordstrom you would need to do the following:

1. Log into your Nordstrom account using your email. 

2. Enter your order # along with your ZIP code or Postal code

3. Select Start a Return for your order

4. Select your items to return

5. Select the reason for returning

6. Enter your contact information

7. Select your return method

8. Once completed, you will submit your return. An email will be sent to you with the return instructions along with your return label.
