We are so sorry to hear that your UV Skinz item has not worked out! New, unused, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged for up to 91 days from the date of purchase.
EXCHANGES - FREE RETURN LABEL
Do you need a new size or want to try another color? Maybe you just want to exchange for a completely different item? Our portal will make it easy for you to exchange your item. You'll start the exchange HERE, make sure to have your order number and shipping zip code handy. Then you'll indicate which item you're returning and why. You'll then be given the option to choose your new item and you'll be provided with a prepaid return label and pack slip. Once we receive your return, we will automatically start processing the order for your exchange item. It's that easy!
RETURNS - $6.95 label fee (Waived if you choose store credit)
You can start the return HERE, you'll just need your order number and shipping zip code. We'll need you to indicate which item(s) you are returning and we'd love to hear why you are sending it back. You can choose to have your refund processed back to your original payment method or choose store credit. At the end, you will be provided with a return label and a pack slip. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund back to your original payment method (deducting the $6.95 fee), or we will email you your code for store credit (the $6.95 fee will be waived).
Important Notes
Final Sale items and Face Shields are not eligible for return. Step-by-step Instructions
Head over to our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Click the blue button: "RETURNS PORTAL"
Enter your order number and shipping zip code then click the orange button: "Start a Return"
You'll see the items from your order listed here. Click the first item you want to return and you will be prompted to indicate why the item is being returned. Pick the reason that fits best. (If your items are showing ineligible for return, make sure they are not a Final Sale Item.
After you've selected your return reason, you will be given the option to purchase the item in another size or color.
If you do not want an exchange or want to exchange for a completely different UV Skinz item, you will click on the white button: "Return Item"
If you want to exchange for the same item but in a different size or color, click on the style/color and select the desired size. Then click the orange button: "Exchange item".
You'll be taken back to your list of items. If you need to return another item, you'll click on the next item to return and complete the same steps.
Once all of the items have been selected for return, click on the white button at the bottom of the screen: "Continue with return".
You'll see a pop-up offering a bonus if you would like to continue shopping. If no additional items are needed (you are just returning an item or have already selected the item you want in exchange), click the white button: "Refund or Store Credit $XX.XX" You'll then be prompted to select Store credit or Original Payment Method ($6.95 will be deducted from the refund).
If you want to purchase another item while you are handling your return, click the orange button: "Shop Now with $XX.XX" You will be taken to the UV Skinz website where you can purchase any items that are in stock. They will be added to your shopping cart. You'll go to the shopping cart and click Check Out to finish the transaction once you've finished shopping.
Now you'll be able to review your return to see what you are sending back and what you will be receiving in exchange (if you've chosen an exchange). Review the screen for accuracy and click the orange button "Submit return" (if the price of the exchange item is more than what your return credit will be you will be prompted to pay the difference at this point).
After submitting the return, you will be able to use a QR Code at the post office (must be used the same day) or you can opt to print a return label. We request that you also print the packing slip to insert in the package with the item you are returning. We also encourage you to re-use the original packaging, and just tape the return label on the front.
The last step - pass this off to the Post Office. Our returns are ONLY handled by USPS. They are not processed by UPS or FedEx.
It is very important that you use the return label provided here. This will ensure that your refund and/or exchange is processed immediately upon receipt of the return.
Once the item is delivered to us, we will process your refund or start your exchange order. You will receive an email from us to let you know we are processing it 😁
