How do I return an item? (International orders)Updated a year ago

If you need to return an item and you currently reside outside of the US, you will need to ship the item back to us with the carrier of your choice. We do not provide return labels (or pay for shipping) for international orders. 

You can initiate your return or exchange through our portal HERE. You will be emailed return instructions.

When packaging up your item(s), please make sure to include the original packing slip or a note with your original order number on it (we want to make sure you receive your refund!). 

You will then ship the package to:

Once we receive and open your return, will will process the refund back to your original payment method.
