How do I get the return label?Updated 5 months ago

Return and exchanges for most orders are initiated through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. If you've ordered through Amazon, Costco Next, or Nordstrom please reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected] for your specific return instructions.

If you've already initiated your return through the portal, all US orders will receive an email with a prepaid return label. This email is sent immediately upon completing the request in the portal so if you haven't seen it come through after a few minutes, please be sure to check your junk folders and spam filters. The email will be sent from [email protected].

In the email you will see a button to "View your return" which you will click in order to view your QR code or print out your return label.
